Cantine Sgarzi Luigi
Description
Cantine Sgarzi Luigi dates back to 1933, when Luigi Sgarzi purchased a small winery. He delivered wines to hotels in Bologna using oak barrels and horse-drawn carts. Luigi's business was continued by his son Vincenzo and nephew Stefano, who joined his uncle's business in the late 1970s.
Cantine Sgarzi Luigi has earned the title of one of Italy's finest wineries. The company is now located in Castel San Pietro Terme in Emilia Romagna. It is surrounded by family vineyards, and its modern headquarters above extensive cellars houses its own laboratory and tasting room.
Cantine Sgarzi Luigi's portfolio includes traditional wines, juices and wine materials, vermouths and other wine-based beverages, as well as an organic product line.
